I could not be more thrilled with how our home purchase with. My husband and I were first time homebuyers and we had followed the steps of Dave Ramsey to prepare us to purchase a home in this crazy market. We actually had another realtor who was a friend of ours that we worked with in the past but we both felt that the responses we were receiving were delayed and did not always answer our questions. We had the exact opposite experience with Tug & Judi. We met with them on a Friday for coffee to discuss our dream home and budget and we felt like we were having a conversation with a group of old friends. They were open about how crazy the market is and their predictions of the future, they also mentioned some challenges we might face. It wasn't even 12 hours later we were touring the house and making an offer on our dream home. We had an accepted offer in 6 hours and closed 19 days later. Not only did Tug & Judi work as a team to close within 19-days but they answered all our questions (we had an annoying about of them!) and have been great assets in helping us find some local contractors to paint the inside of the home as well as do some other home projects.
